Editor and publisher Sarah Rigby will be in conversation with gardener, writer and print maker Sui Searle.  An allotment. ‘A ‘10 pole’ space for the growing of fruit and vegetables. A health-giving, heart-filling miniature kingdom of carrots, courgettes and callaloo. A microcosm for our societies at large as people claim their ‘patch’ and guard it fiercely, but also of welcoming arms, gifted gluts and new recipes from across the seas. Effra Space Studio, 21 Effra Parade 21 Effra Parade, London, London, United Kingdom

Flamenco fun for the kids! Regular flamenco dance classes for children aged 4 upwards in Brixton House south London. Girls and boys welcome!
Classes are held in Brixton House, very close to Brixton tube station on Sundays 11.30 am - 12.20 pm. £12 drop in or £10 per class if paid by the term.
Learning flamenco allows children to develop a strong sense of rhythm and musicality, excellent physical coordination and an appreciation of the rich cultural heritage of this art form from Andalucia.

    WHAT TO WEAR:
Children should wear clothes they are comfortable moving in. There is no need to buy flamenco shoes for your child's first flamenco classes but we will be doing some stamping of our feet so please wear comfortable sturdy shoes that will not slip off your feet too easily. Ideally they should wear a closed toe shoe with a small sturdy heel. For those wishing to use a skirt please wear one with enough volume and length that allows it to be picked up and moved around comfortably.
