Art in the Park at Brixton Windmill

Free Art Workshops for Adults & Children
Sunday 11 August, 1pm to 5pm
Get inspired by the natural beauty of Windmill Gardens at our annual Art in the Park event at Brixton Windmill. This year’s theme is “growth”.
We have a range of free drop in workshops on offer throughout the afternoon suitable for adults, children and families working together.
Workshops include pop up cards, t-shirt painting, “drawing diversity”, junk plants and natural cord jewellery making.
Most activities are free, but donations for materials are always welcome.
It is also possible to take a guided tour of Brixton Windmill during the afternoon, 1-5pm – last tour at 4.40pm.
A variety of delicious home made cakes and hot and cold drinks will be on sale as well as our colourful range of windmill merchandise, including T-shirts, mugs, tea towels and freshly milled wholemeal flour.
