Each week's teaching will include discussions and meditation, along with suggestions for personal practice you can do at home. Bread Making Class at Brixton Windmill

    February 28 @ 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
Brixton Windmill 100 Blenheim Gardens, London, United Kingdom

Saturday 28 February 10.30am to 1.30pm £70 per person www.brixtonwindmill.org BOOK HERE Celebrate Real Bread Week at Brixton Windmill! Join our hands-on baking class to learn how to make delicious artisan breads. It’s a chance to hone your home bread making skills using our unique stoneground flour from Brixton Windmill.  The class is for a small group with a maximum of 10 participants so you’ll get lots of tips from our teacher Fabio Bettini.  Plus there’s lots of time to ask questions. There’ll also be a chance to pop in to the windmill to see how our volunteer millers make our flour*. This class is suitable for anyone, regardless of age or baking experience (although a little home baking experience might be helpful). All the recipes will be fully explained step by step by our session leader. Refreshments are included during the class.  You may want to bring an apron plus a container/bag to take away your bakes. *Milling does depend on a number of factors so we cannot absolutely guarantee you’ll see our millers at work but we’ll do our best to make this happen.
