It’s perfect for anyone new to Pilates, returning after a break, or wanting to refresh the basics. Taught by a certified Pilates teacher and registered osteopath with extensive rehabilitation experience, the small class sizes ensure personalised guidance throughout. You’ll work on improving joint mobility, building strength, and enhancing stability—providing a solid foundation for more advanced exercises. Please note: You’ll need to be able to get on and off the mat independently.
