We will open with a grounding yin yoga practice, holding postures that target the Kidney and Bladder meridians in the back and legs, gradually opening and releasing tension in the body. This will be followed by the soothing frequencies of a gong bath, slowing down the brainwaves and guiding you into a deeply restorative state that activates the body’s natural healing system. Join us at Brockwell Hall in a warm, safe space to unwind, release deeply stored tension and re-set your nervous system.
