Join me in the beautifully restored Brockwell Hall in Brockwell Park on Friday mornings for hatha yoga classes – an authentic style which focuses on breath, slow movement and turning the focus inward.
Practised regularly yoga can help you develop strength, flexibility, balance and improve your posture. It is also a great way to reduce stress and anxiety, giving you the tools to build emotional regulation and resilience and ultimately lead to self-transformation.
