On this immersive sound journey we’ll travel through transcendental landscapes, with the help of meditation, visualisation and music. The sounds of the gong, singing bowls and autoharps (to name just a few) will ease you into a state of profound relaxation, where you might explore images, colours and memories. As you listen with your whole being, all the creases and frayed ends are smoothed, so that you leave feeling blissful, and more in touch with your depths. Suitable for those new to meditation, and experienced practitioners alike.
