    Free Trial Session with the Brockwell Swimmers

    Looking to improve your swimming technique and meet fellow swimmers? Join Brockwell Swimmers for our Monday evening sessions at Alleyns School pool, Townley Road, Dulwich SE22 8SU. Each session is led by two qualified instructors who guide swimmers across a range of abilities, from intermediate to masters level. Adults aged 18+ are welcome to take part. We are currently offering one-off Free Trial Sessions—a great way to see what our club is all about. Please note that these trials cannot be deferred. CLICK HERE for more information and reserve your spot. Sessions run every Monday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, excluding Bank Holidays, the month of August, and the Christmas period. With exclusive use of the 25m pool, six lanes, and a maximum of 32 swimmers, you’ll enjoy a focused and friendly environment perfect for improving your technique and meeting other adult swimmers.

    Naked Larder Brunch Club with Morning Meditation

    Join us for the first Naked Larder Brunch Club where we bring you a joyful morning of mindfulness, delicious food and good company. We're partnering with Lisa Daopraky, mantra artist and founder of EMERGE, a women's wellness company, who will begin the morning with a warm and welcoming meditation. Lisa creates playful, thoughtful spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Her gatherings are full of colour, laughter, beauty, and togetherness: simple rituals that help you feel grounded, uplifted, and connected. She’ll guide a 30 minute meditation to help everyone arrive, settle the mind, and ease in before we gather to feast. Followed by a gorgeous brunch showcasing a wide variety of ways to use Naked Larder's delicious, plant-based produce. We'll offer a nourishing, nutrient dense buffet spread including warm and cold choices. Paired with a selection of coffee, tea and herbal teas all from Naked Larder. Naked Larder is a unique plastic-free grocery service based in Herne Hill. Their mission is to provide affordable, packaging-free groceries that are ethcially and sustainably sourced. Good for you and good for our planet. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, good company and a perfect way to start your Saturday!

    Join us for a cosy night of heartfelt poetry, deep reflections, and meaningful connections! Between The Lines: An Evening of Poetry, Reflection & Connection Join poet, author and spoken word artist Poonam Lumb for an uplifting and reflective workshop exploring the power of words to support wellbeing. In a world that rarely pauses, this session invites you to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself through poetry, conversation and creative writing. Together we'll explore themes of rest, stillness, space and self-expression in a welcoming and supportive environment. No writing experience is necessary. Whether you're a seasoned writer or simply curious, this workshop offers a chance to put pen to paper, discover your voice and explore what lies between the lines. Come as you are, leave with fresh perspectives, meaningful reflections and perhaps a few words of your own.
