Herbal Hair Oils

South London Botanical Institute 323 Norwood Road, London

A hair oil made with botanicals from a small scale producer Tress Botanicals homemade herbal hair oil is natural and organic Swetha makes her product using coconut oil as its base and including ingredients like Aloe vera, Neem, Amla, Brahmi, Bhringraj, Shikakai, Fenugreek, Hibiscus and Tulsi. The oil is beneficial to prevent hair loss, help with dandruff, nourish scalp and hair follicles, and add lustre and shine. It is safety assessed and approved by cosmetic product regulators. This is based on her family recipe which she has used and benefited from since childhood. After receiving great feedback from friends and family she decided to discover her entrepreneurial side and make her first foray into the business world through her homemade herbal hair oil. Swetha will talk about her Tress Botanicals hair oil and explain the ingredients and the benefits. You will then have a chance to view and smell some of the oils and make a purchase if you like them! As well as being a botanical hair oil entrepreneur, Swetha works as a finance assistant for a Marriott hotel and is a mum of two lovely boys. Entry to this talk includes the chance to look around the South...

Link Age Southwark’s Bloomin’ Lovely Summer Appeal

Local charity Link Age Southwark is running their summer appeal, Bloomin' Lovely, for the next 3 weeks with a target of £6,000. Using the funds from this project, the charity will send a houseplant, a bunch of flowers or a garden plant to as many of their service users as possible across the borough! Imagine how a bunch of flowers could make an older person feel appreciated, or a plant for their garden could show them they are valued. Help Link Age Southwark add colour and charm to the lives of older people this summer by making a donation here: You can also leave a message with your donation, which the charity will aim to include this with the flowery gifts.
