Come along to these yoga classes in the wonderful setting of much-loved Brockwell Park for accessible yoga classes with an emphasis on slow flows, deep stretches and mindful breathing. Designed to gradually build strength, flexibility and to re-set your nervous system, they will help you feel more grounded and stable. The meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) bring gentle presence.
Yoga draws from ancient Indian holistic practices to give us the tools to navigate our lives today.
From January 2026 – every Friday from 8-9am in the Bristowe Room (1st floor of Brockwell Hall)
