Intermediate Pilates; Tuesdays 10.30am

This ongoing class will have a few places available from January 2025. It is ideal for those with a solid foundation in mat pilates  –  3 months of group class experience or at least ten individual sessions.

In intermediate classes, you’ll refine movements quality, enhance your dynamic stability, and build strength as you progress through the more challenging Pilates exercises and choreography – all with support at every step of the way.

• You must be able to get on and off a mat on the floor without assistance
