Ex-Carnegie Community Trustees Back Green Party 

As life-long Labour Party supporters and ex-Councillors it has been a tough decision not to support the party in the May borough elections.  We will be voting Green Party for open and accountable government in Lambeth.

Carnegie Pop Up Consultation Report

Lambeth Council and GLLheld an exhibition about their plans for the Carnegie Library on 21st-22nd June.

At the same time, the local community hosted a Pop Up Carnegie Library in Ruskin Park provided reading, a book swap, craft activities, chess club, panel discussions, free cake and good conversation. Thanks to all who came along. We had a lovely time.

Carnegie Pop Up Library & Consultation

Lambeth Council and GLL are holding an exhibition about their plans for the Carnegie Library, at St Saviour's Church on Herne Hill Rd, Tuesday 21st June 2pm-8pm & Wednesday 22nd June 11am-6pm.

The local community have not been invited to participate in preparations.

Members of the local community will be operating a Pop Up Carnegie Library in Ruskin Park during the exhibition.

Carnegie Project - public meeting Wed 10th December 7pm


As part of the public consultation on the architects’ Outline Options for developing the Carnegie as a Community Hub there will be a public meeting on Wednesday 10th December from 7pm in the Carnegie Gallery.


The architects and the Carnegie Shadow Trust Board will talk though the Outline Options and there will be a contribution from Lambeth Council followed by a Q & A session.


Refreshments will be provided.  Come along and have your say.

Easter Activities at the Carnegie April 5th & 12th
