HHMF Music in the Park Day Oct 11th

Matthew Allgood of @BrockwellParkCP Brockwell Park Community Partners​ explains what MADD for Brockwell Park​ is about during another collaboration with Herne Hill Music Festival​. On Saturday Oct 11th the Festival helps bring the curtain down on MADD for Brockwell Park 2015 with three concerts. Park play starts with Peter Black at 1.30 in Brockwell Hall, All Saints Concert Band​ is also MADD for Brockwell Park's 2015 FREE concert season closer at 2.30, and finally, it's jazz singer Harriet Eaves with accompanist in Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses​ at 3.30.

New management structure for Brockwell Park

According to Brockwell Park Community Partners, Lambeth Council has announced a new management structure for its Parks.

"From 24th August 2015, Brockwell Park will no longer have a dedicated park manager but instead will be served by Clarence Riley, who has management responsibility for Brockwell Park and 10 other parks in and around the Herne Hill and Tulse Hill areas."

BPCP says 'Labyrinth' screening "most successful community event ever put on in the park"

Great crowd on hand for Herne Hill Free Film Festival's finale 'Labyrinth' in Brockwell Park - you could just about imagine Jim Henson's labyrinth just beyond the walled garden walls ... and big cheers for The Thin White Duke when he appeared on-screen! Brockwell Park Community Partners calling it the most successful community event ever put on in the park with 800 people on the slope and donations of £600 collected towards the MADD (Music Art, Drama and Dance) Programme.
