Hatha Yoga Classes
Build strength, increase flexibility, release stress - exprience the benefits of yoga in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with individual support and attention. Mats available, yoga props provided. Michele has been practicing yoga for 20 years and is a British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Diploma teacher, one of the first in the UK to hold this new qualification. Classes held in term-time Mondays 9:30 - 11 am/8 - 9:30 pm and Fridays 9:30 - 11 am.

Suitable for all women whether you've practiced yoga before or not. You will learn specific yoga breathing techniques beneficial in pregnancy and in labour, postures and positions to help build strength and stamina when you will need it most, and ways to unwind and release.

You needn't have practice yoga during pregnancy or at all before, this class uses gentle yoga moves, breathing and stretching to bring you 'back together' after birth. Babies are incorporated into the class with singing, movement and lots of cuddles!
