SUMMARY:Largest Open Mic in the UK
DESCRIPTION:For ages 4-18\, beginners to veterans. This event is in 2 sessions – a junior open mic from 12-2pm for ages 4-15 and a youth open mic from 2-6.30 for ages 12-18. In total 63 incredible grassroots youth artists have signed up to perform supported by a fully equipped music stage\, professional sound engineering and a local volunteers. Acts range from soloists to bands performing folk\, rap\, drill\, punk\, rock\, pop and indie. \nFree entry but all U18s must be accompanied by an adult to enter. SUMMARY:Gig at the Greenhouses with Lady Nade
DESCRIPTION:Americana Nominated Artist of The Year 2023 Lady Nade is continuing her rise as a multi-award winning eclectic Folk and Americana singer-songwriter. Her third album ‘Willing’ entered both the official Folk and Americana charts on its release. The title track Single won‘UK song of the Year’ in the 2022 UK Americana Awards. Her songs carry messages of love\, loss\, hope\, relationships\, friendships and the positive connection between music\, well-being. \nWe heard Lady Nade perform live at Bush Hall earlier in 2023 and although we already loved her recordings\, her live performance blew us away.  Do not miss! \n \nWe put on our Gigs at the Greenhouses to let people hear brilliant music\, enjoy our lovely gardens and to raise money so that the community can benefit from BPCG seven days a week. \nTimings:\nDoors open: 5.30pm\nFirst set: 6pm – 6.40pm\,\nBreak (and food served): 6.40pm – 7.15pm\nSecond set: 7.15 – 8pm \nFood & Drink \nDelicious home-made hot food\, botanical cocktails\, local craft beer and organic wine will be on sale.\nBook your food with your ticket to avoid disappointment and let us know if you have any allergies. \nGetting to us \nBPCG is in the middle of Brockwell Park\, between the tennis courts and the walled gardens. Follow the signs. \nEntrance and exit from the Park should be via the Park’s Lido Gates on Dulwich Road. The park is quite well lit but be sure to have a torch or use your phone torches. Walk up the hill from the Lido\, turn left at the tennis courts\, then turn right and you will see the Greenhouse gates on your right.

DESCRIPTION:Come and enjoy the largest open mic in the UK on 24th September 2023 at Off The Cuff Music Bar – featuring sixty seven U18 grassroots artists from across London. JOM Sessions Junior Open Mic (12-2pm) and JOM Youth Open Mic (2-6.30pm) will showcase a range of musical genres – from pop\, rock\, folk\, metal\, rap and funk. Some of the artists will be beginners\, others will be experienced performers – (Glastonbury\, Royal Albert Hall\, South Facing Festival\, Brockwell Bounce). \nActs include – Park Bench\, Luke Charalambous\, Artaca\, TJ Martin\, Shut Up Sally\, Redz\, Otto & The Cloud\, Slounge\, Evettx\, Help Rhubarb\, Ezy Inc\, Fallen Friday\, Betty Ablett and The Morrows. \nFree entry but all U18s must be accompanied by an adult to get in.
