DESCRIPTION:Windrush Triathlon Club are hosting an Aquathlon event at Brockwell Park on Sunday 28th July 2024 and registration is via the following link: https://www.britishtriathlon.org/events/Windrush-Aquathlon-2024_15494 \nFor participants\, the Aquathlon includes a swim in the iconic 1930s Brockwell Lido followed by a run around the beautiful (slightly hilly!) park. This provides a safe\, traffic free environment for both adults and juniors to race close to the heart of Brixton. \nWe are particularly keen to welcome newcomers to the event to celebrate the diversity of our Brixton community. \nVolunteers will facilitate and co-ordinate the day to ensure that you are safe and informed throughout the event and the venue offers good opportunities for spectators to cheer you on\, so bring your family and friends as your personal supporters. \nWe look forward to seeing you on the day!
