Link Age Southwark are delighted to be involved in 2 upcoming Open Garden events hosted by local supporters, in aid of the charity. The beautiful Dulwich gardens will open to the public with all proceeds of tickets and refreshments going towards Link Age Southwark’s work with older people and people living with dementia in the community.
