New 8 week Mindfulness Meditation for Health & Wellbeing

Mindfulness is a natural state of mind that with practice brings calm, contentment and clarity. This is a beginners class for people who have never meditated before or who think that they can’t do it. Or people who are too busy to do it. Or just for people who are curious about mindfulness and would like a short experience of what it is and what it can do for them. The class is online on eight consecutive Monday evenings for an hour and a half. As each week builds on the last it is recommended that you attend all eight weeks if possible. If the fee for the classes is too much for you, please get in touch as I won’t turn anyone away.
