Junior Open Mic

A free open mic for ages 4-13 designed to support all ability levels – organised by the good people of Herne Hill!
Performers are professionally sound engineered and use industry standard SM58 vocal mics. Backing tracks are played through a 12 speaker PA system. House drums, amps and keyboard available. Supportive family audience. Stage lights, haze machine, certificate of bravery, free drink token.
Award winning – Lambeth Made Gold Charter Award (their highest award).
Beginners especially welcome. This is about unlocking young peoples’ creativity. It’s about building confidence and showing reverence to those willing to step up and take a risk.
