With the game season in full swing, Head Chef Alex Fofana has created a one-off and exclusive Set Menu combining his personal game favourites with his inimitable flavour style.
You will enjoy starters including Wild Boar Croquettes with Montgomery Cheddar Cream and Fermented Scotch Bonnet or Seared Venison Carpaccio & Blackberry Vinaigrette. British Mallard features within the Set Menu main course selection, along with a delicious and delicately-balanced-in-flavour main of Hare, Pimento & Thyme-Infused Ravioli.
This one-off fusion-style modern British game menu is available for a very limited run only, starting Wednesday 17th November.
