Local Greens- calling out for veg enthusiasts!

Local Greens, is a Herne Hill based not for profit. We sell UK only, seasonal fruit and veg to hungry south Londoners. A few of our amazing volunteers are taking a well-deserved summer holiday which means we need extra support packing our fruit and veg bags. We're a happy bunch, who like tea and cake. You will also be gifted one of our veg bags every time you help out.

Brockwell Park volunteers Openday afternoon

Brockwell Park Volunteers Open Afternoon this Saturday, 2pm @ Brockwell Hall!

This year there’s more than ever going on in Brockwell Park, and more than ever for Park-lovers to get involved in.

Help is always needed and we’ve found there are some areas where we particularly need specialist help, or a few more pairs of hands.

So, we are holding a ‘Volunteers Openday’, where committee members from local groups who support the Park will be available to talk about a host of volunteer opportunities. Everything from fundraising, to design, to cake baking, to online skills, to horticulture and wildlife preservation to... well, you name it we need help with it!
