Happy 2018 from Dulwich Runners - Our Tuesday and Wednesday club run nights return this week!

The new year is a great time of year to set running and fitness goals such as performing the best you can in a forthcoming event, whether you have done it before or it is all completely new, and you are wondering what was I thinking! Well don't worry as we have runners of all abilities who have signed up for 10km, half marathon or marathons (such as London and Brighton) in the new year as well as people who are looking to improve their parkrun 5km time, get fit or just socialise. Running with other people should help provide the motivation support and top tips to achieve your goal.

Dulwich Runners Charity 10K run

Dulwich Runners Charity 10K

Join Dulwich Runners AC for their annual charity 10K on Sunday 7 October (10am) in beautiful Dulwich Park.

A welcoming event for runners of all abilities, you'll complete a lap of the park before heading out for two longer loops along leafy neighbouring roads. It's then back into the park for the final effort to the finish, where you can expect a triumphant cheer from race spectators.

Don't forget to bring the rest of the family too - there's also a two-mile race and one-mile fun run for under 15s (£2 entry on the day).

Limited entries will be available on the day (£15) but you can guarantee your place by registering in advance (£12 for non club runners, £10 for club runners).

This year, the money raised will go towards the London Wildlife Trust, managers of nearby Sydenham Woods.

Midsummer 5K Road Race

350 runners descended on Dulwich Park on Wednesday 22nd June for the Dulwich Runners’ annual midsummer 5K race, which began at 7.45pm. More than 150 children also joined in the sporting occasion, taking part in a 1 mile fun run race earlier in the evening.
