Artist, Jill Bryson, of the 80’s Pop Punk Band, Strawberry Switchblade will be holding a unique solo exhibition of paintings from 29th June to 6th July in the pop up shop Le Garage on Dulwich Road.
Musician/ songwriter for Strawberry Switchblade, Jill shot to fame with their top 5 hit “Since Yesterday”. The band spawned the Gothic-Lolita style and continues to have a cult following in Japan. Agoraphobic from a young age, Jill wrote about her struggle with the outside world in the band’s first single, “Trees and Flowers”. The song was a Top 10 Indie hit and won critical acclaim.
