Iyengar Yoga works with the alignment of muscle to bone, to prevent injury. The stretches strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, co ordination and a sense of well being.
The classes include beginners as well as long term intermediate students. I provide some equipment on Tuesday, where possible bring your own mat and blanket. Friday class please bring your own mat, blanket, 4 blocks and a belt.
