Why do Pilates?
Pilates is an excellent way to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and awareness of your body and how it works. ReFRAME Pilates classes are designed to strengthen your core and exercises are focused on creating long, lean muscles, rather than encouraging them to bulk up. It is a great way to compliment sports training, promote recovery from an injury and develop functional fitness for your daily life.
I run classes on Monday and Thursday Evenings at 7pm in Brixton, Wednesday Mornings at 9:30am in Herne Hill/Dulwich and Friday Mornings at 9:15am in Herne Hill. Would you like to come out for a taster class?
I am also available for private/semi-private sessions. Private sessions are an excellent way to deepen your understanding of pilates, help achieve fitness goals or assist in rehabilitation. Or why not get a few friends together and create your own group? Best of all, I can come to you!
