I am an accredited psychotherapist and counsellor with many years of experience. If you are troubled by how you're feeling or by what's happening in your life, and you want to understand or change, please contact me to discuss how I can help and to make an initial appointment.

You may find it really helpful to talk things through with a qualified professional in a nurturing, non-judgemental, confidential space.  The objective of therapy is to work together to understand yourself and why you do and feel certain things, in order to improve how you feel.  Psychotherapy is also interested in how your past experiences influence your present.  I can help you to gain a better awareness of yourself, your experiences and relationships, and your circumstances. Together we will explore what matters deeply to you and tackle what is most problematic.

I hold an Advanced Diploma and Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, gained after five years of professionally accredited training. I am accredited by the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to the UKCP and BACP codes of ethics.

I work as a psychotherapist and counsellor with individuals, both short term (usually focusing on a specific issue) and long term. I work as a therapist in the NHS, at King's College Hospital, as well as in private practice. I have also run a counselling service for London's Probation Service, working extensively with issues around domestic abuse.

My fees are £40 per session including the initial assessment session, with some concessionary spaces available. Please ask.
