Art Classes and Tutoring - Neena Percy
Learn new artistic skills while having fun getting creative with your hands! Any age, any level!
From kids starting out as budding artists, to students preparing for GCSE’s, A Levels, or Foundation course portfolio preparations - or anyone wanting to get creative and try something new. Classes will be tailored to your own needs and wishes and can be in your own home or at my studio. Group sessions or individual tutorials available.
Core drawing and painting skills include: observational studies, portraiture, perspective, colour mixing and colour theory. Experiment with materials from pencil to acrylics to collage. If you are looking for something more abstract or contemporary we can take a different approach too.
I am a multi-media artist based in Herne Hill. I graduated from the RCA with an MA Painting in 2017 and have since worked in India and now have a studio in South London.
I have substantial experience in art education, having been through Foundation to Masters, always considering how I myself would teach, inspired by my own professors. I have given artist lectures, one-to-one tutorials at university and assisted at foundation level. I enjoy teaching and hope to inspire others to pusue art. A sense of playfulness, inquisitiveness and experimentation is at the core of all my own work and I hope to infect my students with this.
Please get in touch to discuss what would work best for you or your child.
