Wheels for Wellbeing are Recruiting Cycling Instructors
We are delighted to announce that we are now recruiting Cycling Instructors - further information and a job pack is available on our website www.wheelsforwellbeing.org.uk/jobs-volunteering/.
A little about the role:
At Wheels for Wellbeing, Cycling Instructors provide cycling support to individuals who often have either never cycled or have not cycled since becoming disabled/developing a health condition. Our sessions are mostly recreational and drop-in, in a safe environment and away from traffic. You would provide information, encouragement and practical cycling support to individuals who are often unaware of the cycles that might work best for them, and the kind of adaptations available. Our cycles include tricycles, handcycles, recumbent trikes, quads etc. You would be responsible for the sessions being safe and enjoyable for everyone. You will also be ensuring all participants can pedal, steer and brake.
Please note that you do not need to be a qualified Cycling instructor to apply.
See the job pack for further information.
Please pass this on in your networks.
