Well done to those who cycled for Sport Relief!
FISON FITNESS HELPS HERNE HILL RAISE OVER £890 FOR SPORT RELIEF
20 of our local shops & businesses cycled an impressive 282km on a static bike in Herne Hill this weekend, raising £890.41 so far for Sport Relief 2016.
The fundraiser, organised by Anne from Fison Fitness, saw local businesses donning their sports kit and pledging time on a static bike, cycling anything from 2-20 km each.
"Their was a great sense of community spirit this weekend. We're all so pleased that with Anne's help we've been able to raise so much for Sport Relief." said Pete from Intersport.
"We hoped to raise £500 this weekend, so we're delighted the local community has been so generous and donated over £890. Everyone did an amazing job, cycling an impressive distance - the equivalent of London to Manchester." said Anne Fison.
The busineses that joined the Fison Fitness team to pledge time on the bike included: Fison Fitness, Dugard & Daughters, RJ Electrical Shop, Bon Velo, Oliver Burn, Cafe Provencale, The Parlour, Tap n Bath, Slique Spa, Herne Hill Bikes, Boki's Hair, First Aid Box, En Root, The Commercial, The Florence, Brockwell Art Services (Jim), The Flower Lady (Elaine), Mary Russell, Intersport and Oxfam.
