Home Instead Senior Care is the UK’s leading specialist home care provider. Established in 1994, we provide tailor-made, flexible home care for over 65’s, enabling people to continue living independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Of our 211 offices, 62 are rated “Outstanding” by CQC, employing 11,000 caregivers who deliver care to 15,000 clients daily.
We are seeking a social media marketer to increase our brand awareness, manage audience engagement, recruit caregivers and acquire new clients. You will design social media campaigns, craft posts and content, create videos/creative content, identify and engage influencers, track and optimize metrics and manage & promote industry events.
Develop, budget, implement and manage our social media strategy
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Creates and distributes engaging content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
Ensures brand consistency in social media messages
Collect customer data, analyse interactions and visits to create reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
Report progress to senior management
Grow and expand Home Instead’s social media presence into new social media platforms, increase its presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and InstagramResearch and monitor activity of company competitors
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong networkSocial Media Marketing Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in marketing or relevant field, have one to two years’ experience as a social media marketer, have a good understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and analysis, have excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ , have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, creative problem-solving skills and a team player.

Job Type: Part time- 16 hours per week
