Mind Surgery - 11 May from 7pm (session 7.30 – 9pm) £25

Health Hub clinical psychologist, Dr Su Yap is leading a tailored workshop incorporating Mindfulness techniques to combat the challenges & stresses of modern life. Attending this session also gives you access to a 4 week course at reduced rates, beginning Tuesday 23 May.

Summer Fair - 15 June from 7pm

Join Candle Making Class - 22 June from 7pm £30

Join candles are handcrafted locally in small batches. Make your own candle at this workshop: learn the process of using natural soy wax & choose from an uplifting or relaxing blend to take home with you.

FAMILY SUPPER CLUB: Mondays & Fridays 5-7pm.
