Park's Edge Bar and Kitchen now Open!

New modern British restaurant, Park's Edge Bar and Kitchen, opened the doors for its first day of trading to local diners this week. It is now offering lunch from 12pm to 3pm and serve dinner from 5.30pm to 10pm midweek - later on weekends!

The restaurant's opening menu curated by head chef Tom Spinks and his talented team, features the best of British seasonal produce incorporated into flavourful fusion-style dishes. These dishes have been paired with an impressive collection of wines from around the world, including leading British wines. Starters will include Seared Scallops and Beetroot & Apple Risotto to name but a few, followed by mains such as Crisp Pork Belly with Toffee Apple Sauce, British Beef Onglet Steak with Bone Marrow, Wild Mushrooms, Truffle Mash & Chard and puddings such as Disaronno-Soaked Pear & Apple Crumble and a Pistachio & Chocolate Ganache Sponge. 

Starting this Sunday 29th October, Park's Edge will offer its inimitable Sunday roast. And while meat lovers will be in for a treat, vegetarians and vegans will certainly also have a chance to enjoy a delicious 'roast'-style lunch.
