New workshop on Letting go of trauma and unwanted emotions
Turn Over a New LEAF helps people ‘let-go’ of unwanted emotions, through healing practice called Havening Techniques®, we leave people feeling ‘empowered’ by tapping into their hidden strengths and resources, we prepare them for change by taking experimental 'action', then we give the support and tools to 'flourish’ for rising levels of happiness and wellbeing.
Turn Over a New LEAF is bringing this service in a free promoitional workshop format to Rosendale Gardens Estate 11th January 19 12:30-13:30.
