Herne Hill Forum: We're Hiring!

We have a number of exciting new community projects on-the-go, and we need to build a team with varied expertise to deliver them.
Most recently, we have secured funding from Aviva to fund the decoration of the Herne Hill Station Underpass and have also received a grant from the Mayor of London to explore the viability of turning the Station’s ‘lost waiting room’ into a community centre (working title: Station Hall). This is a major project with a fixed deadline and resource-hungry.
In addition to our current administrator, we now have a requirement for the following Project Leaders:
• A dedicated Station Hall Project Manager (c 20h/wk)
• A Forum Project Manager & Volunteer Coordinator (c 16h/wk)
There are also two smaller roles, to co-ordinate our Piano Academy project and to act as a custodian and keyholder for the Station Hall space.
We’re looking for enthusiastic problem-solvers with great communication skills and team spirit. If you are looking for a job in the local area, and can work as a self-employed contractor, these are great opportunities to work with a team of volunteers who are passionate about celebrating life in Herne Hill!
To find out more about any of the roles, please email info@hernehillforum.org.uk and we can send more details.
