Help shape the NHS Long Term Plan
Healthwatch, the independent health and care champion, is running a national survey to ask people’s views on how local NHS services could be improved through the NHS Long Term Plan.
The Government is investing £billions a year in the NHS as part of the Long Term Plan. Local services have been asked to work together to develop their own plans, which will set out how the national plan will work across local areas. This Healthwatch survey will feed into plans for SE London.
What is the survey on?
Healthwatch Lambeth is asking for your ideas on how people can live healthier lives and what improvements could be made to help people access services quickly.
There is also a separate survey on support for a range of conditions: cancer, mental health conditions, heart and lung diseases, long-term conditions such as diabetes and arthritis, learning disabilities, autism and dementia.
Do the Healthwatch survey. (Open until 30 April 2019)
For local groups
If you run a local group, Healthwatch Lambeth can provide leaflets or paper copies of the survey (with Freepost return envelope) to hand out. Just give us a call, tel: 020 7274 8522.
