Cycling Quietway meeting traffic implications Saturday 26 Sept 11am - 2pm St Barnabas Parish Hall , Dulwich

There is an important meeting concerning the proposed cycling Quietway through Dulwich that will have possible traffic implications for Herne Hill roads and residents. The meeting will be this Saturday 26 September at St Barnabas Parish Hall, entrance on Gilkes Place, SE21.
The Quietway is planned to run from Elephant & Castle to Crystal Palace, via Champion Hill, Greenways,  Calton Avenue, Turney Road and Rosendale Road/Clive Road with proposals to reduce traffic and on-street parking.  These include making Champion Hill one way only, altering Court Lane to be either one way or no entry from the Dulwich Village end, removing at least half of the on-street parking on Turrney road, and closing off the far end of Rosendale Road.
The best source of information on the propsed changes is the East Dulwich Forum, general ED issues/gossip, Cycling Quietway thread,1451849,page=3  The West Dulwich Forum has information on the closure of Rosendale Road in November (meeting at All Saints Church. Lovelace Road on Wednesday 30 September 5-8pm).,18249.

While none of these roads are in Herne Hill, it seems likely we will be affected.
