Children's Competition - The Great Herne Hill Colouring In!

Have you seen what's happening in the underpass next to Herne Hill Station?

We're giving it a wonderful facelift and new lease of life. As part of this, we will be creating a giant wall mural that's all about Herne Hill! The outline will be drawn by local artist, Victor Szepessy, and it will be coloured in by over 1,500 children from local schools.

We're aiming to get into the Guinness Book of Records for the most ever contributions to a colour-by-numbers painting...

In the run up to the world record attempt in September, we're holding a colouring-in competition too at the Herne Hill Forum Community Tent.

Simply colour in one of Victor's drawings from the tent on a Sunday, add in your name and other details, and return it to the mural post box at the Herne Hill Community Tent by 12 August 2018 to be in with a chance to win!

We will select one winner from each age group plus two runners up.

Winners and runners up will receive a £5 Kinder Lala toyshop or Tales on Moon Lane voucher.

Our three lucky winners will then be included in the mural itself - Victor can draw you in outline or if you prefer he can draw your favourite toy or object.  You choose

Good luck and happy colouring in!

PSSSTT!!! We're also looking for a new name for the underpass - you can add your name suggestion on the back of the colouring-in sheet or fill in a separate slip.
