Carnegie Project - public meeting Wed 10th December 7pm

As part of the public consultation on the architects’ Outline Options for developing the Carnegie as a Community Hub there will be a public meeting on Wednesday 10th December from 7pm in the Carnegie Gallery.

The architects and the Carnegie Shadow Trust Board will talk though the Outline Options and there will be a contribution from Lambeth Council followed by a Q & A session.

Refreshments will be provided.  Come along and have your say.

 Carnegie Herne Hill

Exhibition closes 5pm Wednesday 17th December

We look forward to seeing you on 10th, but if you can’t make it we hope you will manage to visit the exhibition, pick up the information and complete the questionnaire.

Alternatively, all the exhibition materials are available on our website including an online version of the questionnaire.

Have your say. Remember, this is not just about the library service – it's about bringing the whole building into use for the community. The Carnegie building is at risk due to the cuts in public spending and this project is a chance, supported by Lambeth, to secure it for the local community.  If you care about the Herne Hill community this consultation is your opportunity to tell the Council that you support keeping this superb building as a community asset.

Don’t leave it to others.   Act now!
