Brixton Windmill crowdfunder hits target!

Brixton Windmill, who recently had a stall at the Herne Hill Forum community tent at the Sunday market, are celebrating reaching their crowdfunding target to help develop a new education centre. Congratulations to the team and we will look forward to following their progress (and using the flour - you can buy it locally, including at Dugards)

You can find out more info on their project here: http://brixtonwindmill.org/# and if you missed the crowdfunding campaign, you can still donate to them here: http://brixtonwindmill.org/fit-out-appeal

Don't forget - if you are a local not-for-profit organisation or community group and you'd like to talk to the folk of Herne Hill - you can apply for space at our community stall, it's free, and a great way to drive your own fundraising, recruit new members or volunteers, or simply to meet the public.

Email alison@hernehill.org.uk if you'd like to find out more. A few spaces still available in August, and places filling up fast in the autumn already.
