Just wanted to introduce myself - hello! - and tell you about my new class at Fison Fitness.
It's called Stretch, Strength and Recovery and is aimed at Runners, Cyclists and Dancers, or anyone who wants to improve the mobility and strength in their feet, legs, hips and core.
