This is an exciting opportunity to join Home Instead, the UK’s market leader in domiciliary care.

We specialise in providing outstanding care in the home, rated “Outstanding” by CQC, we consistently outperform other care providers and are growing year on year. We require an ambitious experienced Care Manager to join our expanding Wandsworth & Dulwich care team.

 

Role: 

As the Care Manager you will work closely with the Franchise Owner to coordinate the development of a high quality, person centred private home care service. You will lead the client acquisition process, write care plans, conduct risk assessments, maintain legal and regulatory compliance, manage the performance and quality control systems and drive a culture of continuous improvement.   

 

Candidate profile:

The role will suit a high achiever with leadership and operational skills gained within a domiciliary or health care environment. Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you are able to build fantastic working relationships and inspire others. You will be commercially aware, able to deal with multiple priorities, remaining calm and focused under pressure.     

This role is subject to a DBS enhanced disclosure, and a current UK driving license required.
