Sally is a Yoga Campus qualified teacher, with a special interest in mindfulness and nature connection. She teaches at the London Buddhist Centre, in the NHS, in parks, outdoor spaces and community centres across London. She also provides classes for frontline staff, managers and volunteers in all sorts of settings.
