Small Group Personal Training Sessions at Better Herne Hill
If you are new to the gym, or not sure what to expect from 1:1 Personal Training, small group PT sessions may be what you need. It is for women of all ages with similar goals - toning up, learning to use weights and getting stronger.
A women's only session, expect a mix of exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands and dumbbells to build strength, plus circuit/HIIT to improve your cardiovascular performance. Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Max 3 in each session, to ensure attention and adaptations from a group fitness qualified Personal Trainer.
