Hello and welcome to ReFrame Pilates with Holly. I am a Herne Hill local and a fully qualified and experienced pre/postnatal pilates teacher. I am passionate about health, vitality and wellness and I love exploring the connection of the mind and the body through movement. My sessions are lighthearted and easygoing, I encourage you to connect to your body and move in a way that makes you feel good.
Pregnancy Pilates - Mondays at 6:30pm at Trinity Congregational Church on Effra Road. Pilates is a wonderful way to keep fit and healthy both during pregnancy and after you give birth. During this time of shifts, changes, ebbs and flows, connect with your mind, body and baby. This class is tailored specifically to help you build strength and stamina during pregnancy, to learn how to move mindfully and prepare your body and mind for birth. I have done extensive training in prenatal wellness and the class sizes are limited, so you can be sure and get the attention you need. Emphasis is on safely strengthening the body from the inside out, with particular focus on pelvic floor, back and core strength, moving mindfully and increasing your overall wellbeing. The class is suitable for 14 weeks+ through to birth.
All mats and small equipment are provided. Spaces are limited, so please get in touch to save yours!
