ReFrame Pilates Mum & Baby Pilates Mat
Hello and welcome to ReFrame Pilates with Holly. I am a Herne Hill local and a fully qualified and experienced pre/postnatal pilates teacher. I am passionate about health, vitality and wellness and I love exploring the connection of the mind and the body through movement. My sessions are lighthearted and easygoing, I encourage you to conntect to your body and move in a way that makes you feel good.
Mum & Baby Pilates - Tuesdays at 11:00am (during term time) at Fison Fitness in Herne Hill. This is a class for you, the mums. It's designed to help reintroduce movement to your body in a safe way, all while your baby plays on the mat beside you. I have done extensive training in postnatal wellness and the class sizes are limited, so you can be sure and get the attention you need. Emphasis is on safely strengthening the body from the inside out, with particular focus on pelvic floor, back and core strength, moving mindfully and increasing your overall flexibility. The class is suitable for mums who are minimum 6 weeks post delivery up to pre-crawling babies.
All mats and small equipment are provided. Spaces are limited, so please get in touch to save yours!
