Pregnancy Yoga at Yoga Point Brixton
Every Sunday 6.30pm-7.45pm with Theresa
Theresa Aldridge teaches this pregnancy yoga class on Sundays at 18:30, at Yoga Point in Brixton/ Herne Hill. No previous experience of yoga is necessary. You need to be at least 12 weeks pregnant to attend and then you are welcome to drop in. Theresa is a mum of two and found pregnancy yoga an enormous help. Yoga aids deep relaxation, calms fluctuating emotions and helps to prepare you for labour and motherhood. It is energising, uplifting and nurturing and is a great way to release the tensions in the body and build strength and stamina. It is also a chance to meet other pregnant women who live close by, creating a support network during pregnancy and beyond.
