Postnatal Strength - Mum & Baby Small Group Personal Training
Develop correct breathing and improved pelvic floor function, whilst building strength, following pregnancy and birth. We will ensure you return to exercise in a safe and effective manner, with progressions being made using functional equipment and resistance training in an open and supportive environment. We will be tackling common niggles in the postnatal period from your 6-week GP check-up onwards, with babies in buggies (up to crawling) welcome to attend class.
Max 3 participants in class will ensure individual adaptations to suit your fitness level and requirements, with weekly progressions built in to suit YOU in your postnatal journey. Choose one or two sessions per week depending on your goals! Lead by a postnatal qualified personal trainer, with programme adapted from Burrell Education and BirthFit programming.
