Designed to bring you 'back together' after birth using yoga breathing, toning, strengthening, stretching and relaxing techniques.  You needn't have done any yoga before, including prenatal yoga, to benefit from these classes.

Classes are suitable for women following a satisfactory six or eight week check, and for babies up to crawling.  

Babies are incorporated into the class with songs, movement and lots of cuddles, but the main focus of the class is on YOU.
