Pilates for Healthy Backs
This is a brand new class I am starting that is 'gentler' version of the Pilates mat classes I already offer. It is suitable for complete beginners, those suffering from back pain, postnatal mums or for people over 60. As always, we will focus on moving mindfully, building strength and increasing flexibility throughout body in a safe and gentle way. All mats and small equipment are provided.
