Mat Pilates classes for everyone, tailored to individuals' personal fitness levels. Pilates focusses on improving core strength and muscular imbalances, which in turn has a positive impact on overall health and wellbeing.
Through Pilates you will see and improvement in flexibility, posture, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieving stress and tension.
